Assistant Financial Controller

We are seeking professional, motivated, tech savvy and detail-oriented individuals to join the Accounting and Compliance team. As a member of this team, you should know your accounting principles and the full accounting process end to end. You'll advise on financial reports required by governmental regulations, and you'll review, analyze, and interpret financial and budgetary reports. A team player at heart, you collaborate with our global team, evangelize best practices and roll up your sleeves to pitch in when it's all hands on deck.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Manage the financial reporting and compliance process for a portfolio of entities

Prepare and analyze statutory financial statements across a range of industries and work with external auditors.

Contribute towards implementation of systems and processes for conversion of US GAAP books to Local GAAP etc.

Document and map business processes and internal control. Suggest improvements where relevant

Work with teams at offshore location to ensure smooth transition of work and high quality delivery

Plan your work and effectively communicate with global teams to get the required reports / data on time

QUALIFICATIONS

Chartered Accountant / CPA

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field

8-10 years of experience in Accounting team of a large global organization

Minimum 6 years experience of working on a complex accounting ERP system like Oracle financials, SAP and the like.

Knowledge and hands on experience in conversion from US GAAP to Local GAAP

Prior experience of working with global teams

Strong Communication skills (both oral and written) and interpersonal skills.

Strong organizational and analytical skills

Demonstrated ability to interface with multiple levels of management, tax consultants and auditors

RTR Senior Analyst

RTR Senior Analyst will be responsible for preparation of year-end audit files, very detailed reviewing of work delivered by local bookkeeper and being first point of contact for local bookkeeper and external auditor. This person will perform a detailed review of both B/S and P/L accounts and take full ownership of timely preparation of all deliverables related to allocated Entities.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Preparation of year-end audit files according to the written procedures

We are seeking seasoned, professional accountants who have a flair for documenting and streamlining processes. Applicant for this role should be willing to constantly learn and document new processes within domains like R2R, P2P, O2C and reporting and should be ready for frequent international travel. We need problem solvers who can decipher vague instructions, handle uncertainty and question the status quo.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Define and document processes based on minimal instructions using knowledge of Accounting and understanding of the objective of the process in question

RTR Accounting Lead

This position will require a mixture of hard and soft skills, experience in F&A and leader's attitude. We are looking for experienced professionals, who will support the team of RTR Accounting Specialists in completion of all general ledger process related activities.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
